HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
As we ship globally, Delivery times depend on your location.
Henri Martin partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order is shipped from warehouses located world wide via our partnership with USPS and other major post services.
Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 2-5 weeks to arrive. Please stay calm if it does not show up after 1 or 2 weeks (please email us for tracking).
Unfortunately, We do not have control over customs and are therefore not able to be responsible for delays that may occur during a particular countries customs point.
Approximate shipping times (does not include weekends/public holidays):
a) USA ~ 2 to 5 weeks(tracking system available, exceptions for some promotional products)
b) Rest of the world ~ 2 to 7 weeks (tracking system available)

Delayed delivery - on the rare occasion, packages may take longer than the stated expected timeframe. Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping times and any unexpected delays that may occur en-route and we seek your understanding and patience should this occur. In such cases, we will ship out a new package if there is no tracking updates for more than 75 business days.
In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons:
- Certain items may be on backorder
- Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office
- Different designers/warehouse location (we work from multiple warehouses to bring you the best selections at affordable prices)
PROCESSING TIME VS SHIPPING TIME
Please note that processing time (4-8 business days) is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. Orders generally take 1-2 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics and sent forth to the post office). Expect anywhere between 2-14 business days for tracking numbers to begin working in the postal system.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it after 24 hours as your order will have already been processed, Please choose wisely !
It is your responsibility to put the correct postage address in. We cannot take any responsibilities for incorrect addresses. If you have inputted the wrong address, you must contact us within 24 hrs or else your order will have been processed by the system already.
It is your responsibility to put the correct sizing information in. We cannot take any responsibilities for incorrect sizes. If you have input the wrong size, you must contact us within 24 hrs or else your order will be processed by the system.
We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address.
CUSTOM / DUTY FEES
Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note that in rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.

FREE PRODUCT PROMOTIONS
With special promotions on free products, we do not offer refunds, as we are running at extremely low margins in offering these products to you. We naturally pass on the cost of shipping and handling to you.
Please note that for some promotional orders(Free products), tracking numbers are not available, because we use HK Post and Laos Post carriers for these particular items. They have had a good track record so far. However if the product does not arrive within 10 weeks, please let us know and another one will be sent your way free of charge.
HENRI MARTIN 500 COLLECTION WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You must first email us at email@example.com and provide us with the serial number of the ring, along with your name, address and your 4 Digit PIN code.
This certificate entitles you to lifetime warranty on your product, but you must send this certificate along with the product for any returns to be valid.
You may transfer the ownership and Lifetime Warranty of this ring only through providing the details of the new owner to us.
Please note a restocking fee of 25USD will apply for replacement items for returns that are damaged/defective past 1 year from date of purchase.
Warranty does not apply to lost items.
